Academic Conference Dr. So-yoon Park, Cheongdam Eclatde Clinic (24.09.29) Dr. So-yoon Park participated in the Fall Academic Conference of the Korea Institute of Nutritional Medicine held on September 29.
She has been actively serving as the Public Relations Director of the Korea Institute of Nutritional Medicine.
The conference took place at the Kim Koo Museum Convention Hall in Yongsan and medical professionals from various fields attended the conference. Dr. Park presented a journal review and gave a lecture on skin anti-aging. She discussed energy-based lifting devices for anti-aging, including Ultherapy using ultrasound, Thermage using radiofrequency(RF) energy, and Onda lifting utilizing microwave technology.
She also explained the mechanisms of Titanium laser lifting, which uses three different wavelengths simultaneously. Dr. Park discussed several collagen-boosting methods and skin boosters, including Exosomes, Rejuran, Resnovae, Hyaluronic acid injections, and Radiesse.
She also talked about the benefits of placenta extract injections. She introduced a study published in 2022 that found human placental extract activates the NRF2 antioxidant pathway, helping to inhibit cellular aging in vitro. The research showed that placental extracts suppress the aging process in collagen producing cells and increase components that reduce reactive oxygen species.
Dr. Park had the opportunity to connect with many medical professionals through the lecture.
