Ultherapy 300 Shots
A focused ultrasound lifting treatment designed to improve skin laxity, tighten the jawline, and stimulate deep collagen regeneration for long-lasting lifting effects.

Once I entered my 30s, lifting treatments honestly became less of a luxury and more of a necessity.
When people talk about the “ultimate” ultrasound lifting treatment, Ultherapy always comes up.

And after trying several lifting procedures over the years, I somehow ended up settling on Ultherapy too.
This is my honest one-month review covering:
Ultherapy 300 shots results
Pain level
Procedure process
Recovery
Changes after one month
I naturally have very little facial fat, so when I was younger, I never worried about sagging.
But as I got older, I slowly started noticing something different.
Instead of volume loss, it was skin elasticity disappearing.
My jawline became softer, my lower face looked less defined, and the skin under my chin started sagging little by little.
That’s actually what pushed me into the whole lifting-treatment world while preparing for my wedding.
Honestly, I think the two biggest reasons people hesitate before Ultherapy are:
Pain
Fear of hollow cheeks afterward
I worried about exactly the same things.

But after visiting Eclate De Clinic, I realized those concerns depend heavily on doctor skill and facial design.
I had previously gotten amazing results from Oligio RF lifting, but since RF and ultrasound lifting target different layers and concerns, it finally became the right timing for Ultherapy.

During consultation, the doctor explained that Ultherapy works very differently from RF lifting.
Ultherapy is an FDA-approved ultrasound lifting treatment that uses microfocused ultrasound to target deep structural layers beneath the skin.
Because it reaches deeper layers, precise facial analysis and accurate targeting are extremely important.

After arriving at the clinic, I was guided into a private treatment room where cleansing and consultation took place first.
My skin condition at the time was:
Overall loss of elasticity
Rough texture
Thin facial volume
Very little cheek fat
Which meant the treatment needed to be designed very carefully to avoid creating unnecessary hollowness.
The consultation honestly impressed me a lot.
The director doctor explained:
How Ultherapy works
Which layers would be targeted
Which areas should be avoided
How the lifting would be customized for my face shape

Everything was explained very clearly and confidently, which made me trust the process much more.
Before starting Ultherapy, they first performed LDM care.
They explained that doing LDM before treatment helps create better synergy and improves the lifting effect overall.
Every time I receive LDM care, I honestly feel like my skin wakes back up.
Especially because I struggle with redness and sensitivity, the calming effect always feels immediate.

After around 20 minutes of LDM care, numbing cream was applied around:
The cheeks
Jawline
Lower face
Then they used the LDM device again to help the numbing cream absorb more effectively.
Apparently this extra step helps reduce Ultherapy pain significantly.
Honestly, I appreciated this part a lot because even though it probably takes more effort for the clinic, it genuinely felt like they cared about making the treatment more comfortable.
Once the numbing process finished, I moved into the procedure room for Ultherapy 300 shots.

Because I naturally have very little cheek fat, the doctor carefully avoided areas where volume loss could become noticeable.
The treatment focused mainly on:
Jawline
Lower face
Eye area
Double chin

I also mentioned during consultation that my biggest concerns were:
Facial asymmetry
Double chin sagging
So the lifting design was adjusted specifically around those concerns.
The actual Ultherapy procedure took around 20 minutes.

Halfway through, the doctor showed me one treated side in the mirror.
And honestly…
The lifting effect was immediate.
Seeing the jawline suddenly look sharper and tighter made me finally understand why people are so obsessed with Ultherapy.
Surprisingly, the pain level was much lower than I expected.
Maybe because the numbing was done so carefully, but I honestly felt relaxed throughout most of the procedure.

At one point I was even casually filming videos during treatment after asking for permission first.
Interestingly, I personally found InMode more painful than Ultherapy.
I think pain tolerance really depends on the individual.
(Though I did choose sleep anesthesia for Thermage before…)

After finishing all 300 shots, the doctor carefully explained:
Which areas were treated
How many shots went where
The intensity used
I honestly liked how detailed everything felt from a patient perspective.
Afterward, I returned to the treatment room for calming care.
They applied:
A soothing mask pack
Regenerative laser care
And before leaving, they also showed me the official Ultherapy tip authenticity sticker, which confirms:
Genuine Ultherapy tips
Exact shot count used
I really appreciated that transparency.

Aftercare instructions included:
Mild swelling or bruising for about one week is possible
Avoid intense exercise and saunas temporarily
Focus heavily on hydration and moisturizing
Wear sunscreen carefully

The next day:
There was slight swelling for about 2–3 days.
Pressing on the skin also felt slightly sore for around one week.
But honestly, none of it interfered with daily life.

Two weeks later:
The swelling had fully settled, and the lifting started looking more natural and refined.
One month later:
This is when I really noticed the difference.
The sagging around:
My eyes
Jawline
Lower face
had visibly improved.
The side profile especially looked much cleaner and more defined.

And the biggest surprise?
The hollow cheeks I worried about NEVER happened.
Instead, because the skin elasticity improved overall, my face actually looked fuller and healthier.
My face looked:
Smaller
Cleaner
More lifted
More balanced
People around me even started asking if I lost weight.
For anyone who:
Has very little facial fat
Worries about hollow cheeks
Wants jawline lifting
Is nervous about Ultherapy pain
I genuinely think choosing an experienced doctor makes all the difference.

With proper facial design and careful treatment planning, it’s absolutely possible to get lifting results naturally without looking hollow or overdone.
