This time it’s not actually my review…
It’s my younger sister’s.
She had been stressed for a long time about her facial contour and wanted something to smooth out her overall face line naturally.
So during consultation at Eclat De Clinic, she was recommended Shurink 400 shots.
My face shape is more round, but my sister’s face is naturally more oval-shaped.
The problem is that she has very little facial fat, so once volume loss started appearing around the side cheeks, her face started looking slightly “peanut-shaped.”
Her skin itself is actually very clear:
- No major acne
- No major pigmentation
But because her skin is thin, pores and facial shadows become more noticeable easily.
She occasionally got jaw Botox before, but since her facial contour issue came more from bone structure than muscle, she felt like the results were always limited.
She kept saying:
“I just want my face line to look softer and smoother.”
So I brought her to the clinic I personally go to.
Honestly, I originally visited this clinic randomly while preparing for my wedding…
But somehow it became the dermatology clinic I trust most now.
Watching my sister do the consultation was honestly kind of fun because I’m usually the one getting treatments alone and taking selfies afterward.
This time I finally got to take photos of someone else instead.
At first, she consulted about Titanium lifting because her skin is very thin.
But the director doctor honestly explained that Titanium lifting usually requires repeated sessions every 2–4 weeks for maintenance.
For her biggest concern — the hollow side-cheek shadow caused by prominent cheekbones — the doctor recommended Shurink 400 shots instead.
Shurink literally comes from the word “shrink.”
It uses ultrasound energy to target the SMAS fascia layer beneath the skin without directly damaging the skin surface itself.
That’s why most people can return to daily life immediately afterward.
The treatment works by creating controlled thermal stimulation deep under the skin, helping collagen regenerate gradually while tightening the facial contour naturally over time.
BUT honestly…
This is definitely one of those treatments where doctor skill matters a lot.
If it’s done incorrectly on someone with naturally low facial fat, it can actually make the face look too hollow.
That’s why careful facial analysis beforehand felt extremely important.
One thing I personally like about this clinic is that it never feels factory-like.
Unlike some large clinics where consultations feel rushed, here:
- The director doctor consults first
- Then the coordinator explains details and pricing afterward
- The consultation itself can easily take 20–30 minutes
Especially if it’s your first visit.
After consultation, my sister was guided into a completely private treatment room.
Apparently many celebrities visit too, so the privacy setup was honestly very comfortable.
First:
- Cleansing
- Numbing cream
- LDM ultrasound absorption care
The clinic uses LDM ultrasound to help the numbing cream absorb more effectively before procedures.
Honestly, maybe it’s psychological…
But treatments really do feel less painful afterward.
My sister is EXTREMELY sensitive to pain, so that was one of the main reasons I brought her here.
Since she was already there for lifting, she also decided to remove flat warts around the temples with CO2 laser at the same time.
Before treatment started, we took photos after cleansing.
And then finally…
Shurink 400 shots began.
That machine honestly looks more intimidating than it actually feels.
According to my sister:
- Cheek pain level: around 2/10
- Jawline pain level: around 4–5/10
She said the jawline area felt like tiny electric shocks running through the bone and teeth.
But surprisingly, unlike Ultherapy, Shurink doesn’t create strong surface heat.
So immediately after treatment:
- Almost no redness
- No major downtime
- Skin looked very calm overall
Afterward, she returned to the treatment room for:
- LDM calming care
- Omega light skin regeneration care
- Moisturizing aftercare
Honestly, because the aftercare is done properly too, I’d recommend reserving at least 1–1.5 hours total when visiting.
For the flat wart removal areas, they applied regenerative stickers just like mole removal aftercare.
Now honestly…
The funniest part was 3 days later.
My sister suddenly complained that her lower face became super swollen and dramatic-looking.
Meanwhile I personally almost never swell after laser treatments, so I was confused.
She genuinely thought something went wrong at first.
But after around one week, things changed a lot.
The peanut-shaped hollowing didn’t disappear completely of course.
But the facial contour definitely became softer and smoother.
And strangely enough…
The thing she noticed most wasn’t even the lifting.
It was her skin texture.
She kept saying:
“Why does my skin suddenly look smoother too?”
Looking at photos taken with the regular Galaxy rear camera:
