Hi:)
Lately my skin had been feeling extremely rough, dry, and tired overall.
No matter how much skincare I used, my skin texture just looked dull, my elasticity felt weaker, and my pores and fine lines were becoming more noticeable.

I kept hearing friends around me talk about Oligio and how effective it was, especially as a more affordable alternative to Thermage, so I had honestly been curious about it for a while.
Since it finally felt like the right timing for another lifting treatment, I made a reservation and visited Eclat De Clinic.

The clinic is well known for lifting treatments, and the director doctor previously even worked as the head of a major lifting center, so I’d always wanted to visit someday.

During the consultation, the doctor carefully analyzed not only which lifting treatment suited me best, but also accurately pointed out all the areas I’d secretly been stressed about lately.

It honestly felt more like a personalized skin coaching session than a simple consultation.
Before visiting, I had actually been debating between Ultherapy and Oligio.
But after checking my skin condition carefully, the doctor explained that Oligio would suit my current skin condition better.
Since my skin had become rough, dehydrated, sensitive, and less elastic recently, I decided to proceed with Oligio 300 shots.

One thing I immediately liked was how private and comfortable the treatment rooms felt.
There was space for personal belongings, warm lighting, and the entire atmosphere felt calm and relaxing.

At lifting clinics like this, the process is surprisingly detailed:
- Cleansing
- Skin care prep
- LDM care
- Numbing cream
- Lifting treatment
- Aftercare
So it’s definitely better to visit with enough time rather than rushing.

Because Oligio is an RF lifting treatment, all metal accessories have to be removed beforehand.
Before the treatment, the staff carefully helped me remove rings, earrings, necklaces, and other accessories.

Honestly… skincare never really ends, does it?
I had been neglecting my skin recently, and it showed immediately:
- Rough texture
- Dryness
- Redness from weather changes
- Loss of elasticity
Especially my deep cheek area.
I naturally don’t have much facial fat overall, but for some reason the deep cheek fat area always bothered me the most.

So before the treatment started, I specifically asked the doctor to focus more carefully on that area.
Before Oligio, they first performed cleansing and LDM care.
Because Oligio uses heat energy to stimulate collagen regeneration, they explained that combining it with LDM creates even better synergy and recovery.
The warmth during LDM honestly felt so relaxing that I almost fell asleep.
The staff were incredibly kind and gentle throughout the process, which made the entire experience feel comfortable from beginning to end.

After LDM, numbing cream was applied while I waited for the treatment.
And yes… I secretly fell asleep there too.

Once the preparation finished, I moved into the treatment room for Oligio 300 shots.
Even though it was my first time trying Oligio, the device and process felt somewhat similar to Thermage, so the procedure itself didn’t feel unfamiliar or scary.

The treatment itself took around 15–20 minutes.
Halfway through, the doctor showed me one treated side compared to the untreated side in the mirror.

And honestly…
I was shocked.
I could visibly see the lifted facial line immediately.
The skin looked tighter and more lifted right away.

Of course, if it’s your first laser lifting treatment ever, you probably shouldn’t expect dramatic thread-lifting level changes overnight.
But personally, the effect felt similar to naturally losing around 2kg from my face.
Subtle, but definitely visible.

Oligio is also known to help:
- Skin texture
- Pores
- Acne scars
- Elasticity
- Fine lines
So secretly, I was also hoping my acne scars would improve too.
Since RF lifting treatments generate heat, temporary redness or mild swelling can happen afterward, but it usually disappears within a day or two.
I only experienced slight redness and basically no swelling.

Unfortunately I had another schedule afterward, so I couldn’t stay for full aftercare.
But the staff even packed the soothing sheet mask for me to take home, which honestly touched me so much.
You can immediately tell why places like this become popular.
For aftercare, they explained:
- Makeup and cleansing are possible the same day
- Avoid cold packs and very cold water
- Avoid scrubs and peeling for about 2 weeks
- Avoid alcohol and smoking for one week
- Avoid saunas temporarily
- Focus heavily on hydration and sunscreen

By Day 3, the lifting effect still looked very natural, and my skin texture already felt healthier overall.
The interesting thing about Oligio is that although the lifting effect appears immediately, the skin condition continues improving gradually over time.
They explained that the best skin condition usually appears around one month later.
And honestly…
That part was true.
By Day 10:
- My skin looked firmer
- Pores looked smaller
- Acne scar areas looked smoother
- Overall elasticity improved noticeably
One thing I especially loved was that there was basically no downtime.
I could return to normal daily life immediately after treatment without stress.
And compared to Thermage?

The pain level honestly wasn’t even comparable.
If I ever do Thermage again in the future, I’ll probably choose sleep sedation anesthesia immediately.
For people with:
- Thin facial volume
- Loss of elasticity
- Rough texture
- Sagging deep cheek area
- Fine lines
I genuinely think Oligio is such a satisfying lifting treatment.
Especially if you want natural tightening without looking overdone.
