Hi :)

I work in environments where I’m constantly being photographed, so lately I became really stressed seeing my face look heavier and more tired in photos.

Especially around my nasolabial folds and deep cheek area…

No matter what angle I took photos from, my face kept looking droopy and uneven.

As I got older, the sagging honestly became impossible to ignore.

I had already tried several lifting treatments before:

  • InMode
  • Shurink
  • Tune Face

But everyone always told me:

“If you really want noticeable lifting, Ultherapy is the strongest.”

Of course, because it’s famous for strong results, the price honestly felt intimidating too.

But eventually I reached the point where I thought:

“Okay… I really can’t delay this anymore.”

So I started researching clinics very carefully.

What mattered most to me wasn’t just the machine itself, but:

  • How experienced the doctor was
  • Whether the clinic had enough lifting cases
  • Whether side effects like hollow cheeks could be avoided
  • Whether the lifting would still look natural

That’s how I ended up visiting Eclate de in Cheongdam.

The clinic is inside the Porsche building in Cheongdam, and honestly the moment I walked in, the atmosphere already felt luxurious and calm.

I booked the earliest appointment in the morning, but even then there were already many patients, including international visitors.

The staff spoke multiple languages fluently, which honestly made me realize how many overseas patients come here regularly.

Before the treatment, I took photos using the regular iPhone 15 Pro camera with absolutely no filter or editing.

Looking at the photos made me realize even more how stressed I’d become about:

  • Deep nasolabial folds
  • Sagging deep cheek fat
  • Heavy lower face
  • Blurry jawline
  • Facial asymmetry

I naturally have prominent cheekbones with a smaller jawline, so once the deep cheek fat started sagging, my face looked much larger overall.

And because I had previous facial nerve issues in the past, my facial asymmetry had also become worse recently due to stress and fatigue.

Honestly, even beauty filter apps couldn’t hide it anymore.

During the consultation, thedirector doctor examined my face incredibly carefully.

She asked about:

  • Previous lifting treatments
  • My facial balance
  • Areas I was most concerned about
  • My asymmetry and face shape

What made me trust her immediately was how detailed the design process felt.

14.jpg

Instead of just recommending a standard treatment, she explained exactly how the shots would be distributed differently according to my facial shape and lifting needs.

A lot of people debate between Ultherapy 300 shots and 400 shots, but after analyzing my face, she recommended 300 shots because it would already be enough for visible improvement without overdoing it.

Before the procedure, I was guided to a completely private VIP room.

Honestly, it felt very different from factory-style clinics.

There was space for my belongings, a private bed, and everything felt calm and discreet.

Even celebrities visit here regularly, so the privacy and atmosphere felt very well organized.

One thing that surprised me was that the staff personally cleansed my skin before treatment.

I’ve been to many dermatology clinics before, but this was honestly my first time receiving full cleansing service before a lifting procedure.

After cleansing:

  • Numbing cream was applied
  • LDM care was done
  • Preparation for painless sedation started

For anesthesia, I chose the painless Matrix  sedation.

And honestly…

If you’re considering Ultherapy, I really recommend sedation.

23.jpg

Even though I normally tolerate pain well, I could still feel some discomfort near the end of the procedure despite the sedation.

Halfway through the treatment, they briefly woke me up and showed me one side of my face in the mirror.

24.jpg

And honestly?

I was shocked.

Even though everyone says Ultherapy results fully appear after one month, I could already visibly see one side looking tighter and lifted immediately.

After the procedure, I returned to the VIP room for Triple LDM aftercare to calm the skin and help hydration and collagen recovery.

28.jpg

What surprised me most was that:

  • There was almost no swelling
  • Very little redness
  • I could wear makeup immediately
  • I even had dinner plans that same evening

The clinic also gave me an official Ultherapy authenticity certificate and aftercare instructions.

And then…

One month later.

That’s when I REALLY understood why people spend money on Ultherapy.

My biggest stress point — the deep cheek fat — visibly improved.

33.jpg
34.jpg

My face line looked cleaner, tighter, and smaller overall.

And thankfully, I experienced absolutely no hollow-cheek side effects.

The funniest part was that other people noticed first.

After returning to work, coworkers immediately asked:

“What did you do to your face?”

“Why does your face look so much smaller lately?”

35.jpg

Even during professional shoots, the unedited original camera photos looked noticeably better.

Because I naturally have prominent cheekbones, my deep cheek fat used to stand out heavily in photos.

But after one month, the skin looked visibly tighter and more attached to my facial contour.

Out of every lifting treatment I’ve tried so far, Ultherapy honestly gave me the most noticeable overall change.

And personally, the improvement in my deep cheek area was the most satisfying result of all.

Even photographers I work with kept saying:

“Your jawline looks so much sharper now.”

If you’ve been hesitating because of the price, I honestly understand.

But after seeing my own results, I finally understood why people still choose Ultherapy despite the cost.
