Hi everyone,

I’m finally back from my honeymoon and wanted to share the lifting treatment I received exactly 2 weeks before my wedding.

Honestly, choosing my final bridal treatment stressed me out SO much.

I kept debating:

“Should I go to a dermatology clinic or an aesthetic spa?”

At one point, I even tried drinking massive amounts of water every day because people kept saying hydration improves skin texture.

And surprisingly… my skin texture actually looked much better from all the water and dieting before the wedding.

So I started thinking:

“Maybe I don’t even need any treatment?”

But then…

On the day I met friends to hand out invitations, I took some photos after getting my hair done and makeup professionally applied.

I felt so confident at first.

Until I saw the photos.

Instead of looking like a glowing bride, all I could see were my deepening smile lines making me look older than I felt.

4.jpg

That’s when I panicked and immediately booked a lifting treatment appointment 2 weeks before the wedding.

5.jpg

The clinic itself already felt luxurious from the moment I entered.

I booked the earliest appointment in the morning, so it looked quiet at first, but by the time my treatment ended, the clinic was completely full even on a weekday morning.

7.jpg

Definitely a place where reservations are necessary.

First, I had a consultation with the director doctor, followed by pricing and treatment planning with the coordinator.

Since it was my first visit, the consultation honestly lasted around 10–20 minutes.

8.jpg

The doctor explained the differences between various lifting lasers in detail.

Originally, I went there assuming Ultherapy was automatically the “best” simply because it was more famous and expensive.

10.jpg

But after examining my condition, the doctor explained that since I had already received Ultherapy not too long ago, another wavelength would suit me better at this timing.

That’s when Oligio was recommended.

Oligio is divided into:

  • 300 shots for lower-face lifting
  • 600 shots for full-face lifting

Honestly, I wanted the full 600-shot treatment.

11.jpg

But because my wedding was only 2 weeks away, the doctor recommended staying safer with 300 shots to reduce the risk of swelling or redness before such an important event.

12.jpg

I seriously regret not going earlier because I would’ve absolutely done 600 shots.

Before the procedure:

  • Cleansing
  • LDM care
  • Numbing cream
  • Oligio lifting preparation

The best part was that even the skincare management felt like a premium facial treatment.

They even provided LDM care before the lifting treatment, which made my makeup apply beautifully the next day.

The numbing cream was left on for around 30 minutes, and the modern mask-style wrapping honestly looked fascinating.

For Oligio lifting, a return pad is attached to safely receive the electrical energy during the treatment, which means all metal accessories must be removed beforehand.

And yes… there was also a cute “pain doll” prepared beside me.

But honestly?

I barely needed it because the treatment wasn’t very painful at all.

22.jpg
23.jpg

Compared to Ultherapy, the pain level felt much lower.

Personally, I’d rank the pain level like this:

InMode < Oligio < Ultherapy

24.jpg

Since Oligio’s output is lower and gentler compared to Thermage, it honestly felt like a great beginner-friendly lifting laser.

At first, I didn’t expect much because I only did 300 shots instead of 600.

25.jpg

But once the doctor compared the treated side versus untreated side during the procedure…

I could visibly see the lift immediately.

Of course, for first-time laser lifting patients, it’s important not to expect dramatic thread-lifting level changes overnight.

For me personally, the result felt similar to how my face looks after losing around 2kg naturally.

Subtle but definitely noticeable.

The type where:

  • You notice it immediately yourself
  • People with sharp eyes notice something looks fresher
  • Your face line just looks cleaner overall

After the treatment, they applied a soothing cooling pack to calm the heat in the skin.

I only experienced slight redness and almost no swelling at all.

After Treatment

Still, since everyone reacts differently, I definitely recommend leaving enough time before important events.

The clinic even followed up with phone calls the next day and one week later to check if everything was okay.

And finally…

Two weeks later came the wedding day.

37.jpg

The funny thing about weddings is that people mostly take rear-camera photos instead of selfies.

And surprisingly, my jawline looked AMAZING in all the unedited photos my friends took.

38.jpg

Everyone kept asking:

“You were already skinny… did you lose even more weight before the wedding?”

Honestly, if I had to recommend ONE bridal treatment before a wedding, I would recommend lifting over skin treatments.

39.jpg

Because makeup artists can create glowing skin no matter what.

But jawline and facial contour?

That shows up directly in real camera photos.

40.jpg

Even during my honeymoon, I kept taking some of my favorite photos ever.

And now, almost one month later, the results still look great.

The smile lines softened noticeably, and my overall face line still looks cleaner and more lifted.

41.jpg

My only regret?

Not booking earlier and doing 600 shots instead of 300.

That’s honestly how satisfied I was with the results.
