Hello![]()
this is Eclat de Cheongdam Clinic
We are dedicated to helping you achieve healthy, glowing skin.
During the winter season, many patients struggle with extremely dry skin. Recently, after hearing about the benefits of Re2O skin booster, one of our clients visited our clinic looking for a comfortable and pain-minimized treatment option.
At our clinic, we recommended Re2O skin booster combined with gas anesthesia and device-assisted injection, allowing for a much more comfortable and relaxed procedure experience.

Hello :)
It’s been a while, this is Beauty Mohani again!
This might actually be my last post of 2025.
It’s already early December… I hope everyone is enjoying the end of the year.
Recently, even though my skin is extremely dry in winter, I noticed something surprising…

I didn’t feel that tight, dry pulling sensation anymore.
I think after consistently taking care of my skin over the past year, the dryness has improved a lot.
So I’m starting this review with a big thank you to my doctor’s amazing hands.
Why I Tried Re2O

As the weather got drier, I noticed a lot of my friends were getting a treatment called Re2O.
Friends who used to get Rejuran or Juvelook Skin were saying Re2O works even better…
so of course, I got curious.

After consultation, the doctor said it could work well for me too…
but there was one concern.
Me. And pain

I’m honestly very sensitive to pain.
Still… I decided to go for it anyway. My friends’ skin looked too good to ignore.
So the doctor strongly recommended gas anesthesia, and this time I didn’t hesitate.
(I once refused it during Juvelook and seriously regretted it…)
What Is Re2O?

Re2O is based on ingredients originally used for medical treatment in university hospitals.
It contains human-derived dermal components, and has been used in injectable form for about 2 years.

Juvelook Skin: stimulates your skin to produce collagen
Re2O: directly delivers collagen into the skin
That’s why results tend to appear faster.
Pain Level (Real Talk)

The doctor warned me:
Re2O has larger particles, so it can be more painful than Rejuran or Juvelook.
And honestly… that scared me.
Rejuran? I swore I’d never do it again.
Juvelook? I literally cried during it

BUT…
With gas anesthesia, Re2O was actually more tolerable than I expected.
Out of the three, it almost felt like the least painful.
(Not painless, let’s be clear.)

If you’re sensitive like me, just go for gas anesthesia or even sedation. No need to be a hero.
Right After Treatment (Downtime)

Right after the procedure:
The “embossing” bumps were more noticeable and lasted longer than other skin boosters.
Rejuran / Juvelook: usually settles in 2–3 days
Re2O: I still felt bumps until day 3

So definitely plan at least 3–4 days of downtime.
But honestly, because it lasts longer, it also felt like something was really working deep inside the skin.
Week-by-Week Results

Week 1 – Skin calming down
The bumps and redness gradually reduced.
There was a slight glow, but honestly?
Not super impressive yet. I was a bit worried at this stage.
Week 2 – Sudden “wow” moment
This is when I started noticing a real difference.
While doing my makeup, I literally paused and thought:
“Wait… my skin looks good?”
Even with just sunscreen, people told me my skin looked nice.
Hydration + firmness + that “bouncy” feeling…
This is where Re2O really started showing results.
Week 3 – Smooth, refined skin

The results continued naturally.
I even went on a trip to Jeju, stayed up late, drank…
and still, my skin looked glowing the next morning.
A friend actually noticed and asked about it right away.
Final Thoughts (Honest Opinion)

For me personally:
Re2O worked better than Rejuran or Juvelook Skin.
Even after just one session, I felt strong results.
Rejuran: better after 3 sessions
Re2O / Juvelook: noticeable even after 1 session
I guess everyone has a skin booster that suits them, and for me, this was it.
If you’re worried about the bumps but have very dry skin,
I’d still recommend trying it at least once.
The results are worth it.
