Dr. So Yoon Park, Medical Director of Éclat de Cheongdam, was invited to speak at the Korean Institute of Nutritional Medicine Symposium.
Her lecture, “Skin Beauty Rejuvenation,” explored the biological mechanisms of skin aging and the evolving concept of rejuvenation beyond traditional anti-aging.
Dr. Park emphasized that aging is not merely the passage of time but a result of chronic low-grade inflammation, known as inflammaging.
Her presentation addressed how metabolic imbalance, obesity, and immune dysregulation contribute to skin aging and how targeted interventions can restore homeostasis.

The lecture introduced Éclat’s integrated rejuvenation strategy:
– Internal anti-aging through GLP-1 receptor agonists (Mounjaro, Wegovy) and phytoextract antioxidants.
– External rejuvenation centered on fibroblast activation using advanced technologies such as Ultherapy Prime, ThermageFLX, Juvelook, Rejuran, and Pico LIOB lasers.
– A holistic approach aligned with the emerging concept of Health Quotient (HQ), combining scientific precision with personalized care.
Through these approaches, Dr. Park underscored that the future of anti-aging medicine lies in cellular rejuvenation and evidence-based integration.

Event: 2025 Korean Institute of Nutritional Medicine Autumn Symposium
Date: October 19, 2025 | Seoul, Korea
This academic conference, held under the theme "Personalized Lifestyles & Nutrition for Daily Health Management," was a meaningful opportunity to share the latest trends in anti-aging, anti-inflammation, and regeneration from a nutritional medicine perspective.

In the lecture, she emphasized that the essence of aging lies in inflammaging.
but rather, chronic low-grade inflammation and immune imbalance reduce cellular resilience, ultimately accelerating the aging process.
In particular, metabolic stress and immune disruption caused by obesity are fundamental causes of aging, not only of the skin but of the entire body
Accordingly, I also addressed the importance of internal anti-aging strategies using GLP-1 class medications (such as Mounjaro and Wegovy) and phytoextracts (plant-derived antioxidant extracts).

Dermatological Rejuvenation: A Cell-Recovery-Centered Integrative Approach
In dermatology, anti-aging is evolving beyond simple wrinkle reduction,
expanding toward biological rejuvenation at the cellular level.

She presented a personalized strategy that combines energy-based, injectable, and regenerative treatments, including HIFU, RF, PN, PLLA, and picosecond lasers.
In particular, fibroblasts — the key cells responsible for producing collagen and elastin — play a central role in skin rejuvenation.
The recovery status of these cells after treatment largely determines the quality and longevity of the results.
Therefore, beyond simple procedures, an integrated approach is necessary, encompassing inflammation control, nutritional management, Botox, and zinc supplementation.

One of the key keywords in Trend Korea 2026 is “HQ (Health Quotient)”.
We are now moving beyond an era of simply managing appearance—
toward a time where individuals understand and proactively manage their own health data.
In my presentation, I emphasized that
“True anti-aging is not just about slowing aging, but about restoring cellular youth.”
In other words:
Internal anti-aging → An immune and nutritional approach to regulate inflammation and metabolism
External anti-aging → Remodeling treatments focused on fibroblast activation
Integrative strategy → A personalized anti-aging roadmap based on one’s Health Quotient (HQ)
When these three elements work in harmony,
genuine rejuvenation of both skin and body becomes possible.

Conclusion
Through this conference, I was once again convinced that the core of medical anti-aging lies in cellular recovery.
The external youthfulness of the skin must be built upon internal balance and metabolic regulation,
and this foundation must always be supported by science and clinical data.
At Eclat Clinic Cheongdam, we will continue to pursue evidence-based treatments and research through an integrated approach to internal and external anti-aging, inflammation control, and cellular regeneration.
